Sinclair Pharma PLC is an international speciality pharma company, with a developing presence in sales and marketing in France, Italy, the UK, Spain and Portugal.

The company was founded in 1971 by Andrew Sinclair, to focus on the sales and marketing of generic and branded pharmaceutical products in the UK; the company operated in this manner until August 2000 when Sinclair Pharmaceuticals Limited was acquired and led by management team Dr Michael Flynn and Jerry Randall. In September 2003, the company expanded its portfolio, and many of their core products were divested to pave the way for new products. To date, Sinclair Pharma has acquired Ashbourne Pharmaceutical Ltd, as well as two companies in Sweden, two in Italy, and further operations in Spain, France and Portugal, which has allowed the company to expand its sales and marketing reach and portfolio, which now includes IP rights in the oral health, oncology support or dermatology markets.
