Ferndale Pharmaceuticals Ltd, the UK subsidiary of Ferndale Laboratories Inc, acquired Adams Healthcare Dermatology Business in 2003. In 2006 they launched a new division, AesthetiCare, providing new treatments, improved procedures and supplementary treatments for the aesthetics arena.

Parent company Ferndale Laboratories Inc is a privately owned manufacturing and marketing company based in the United States.  Products are aimed at patients with symptoms of inflammatory and pruritic cutaneous conditions and dermal pain or anorectal discomfort (caused by hemorrhoids and anogenital pruritus). They also offer surgical adhesive and adhesive remover.

Products

Quinoderm - contains Benzoyl Peroxide and is for the treatment of spots and acne. This product is available as a cream or a facial wash.

0C8 - is designed to treat the oily skin commonly experienced by teenagers. It contains Acrysorb, an oil-absorbing polymer that soaks up sebum.

Auriderm XO - a vitamin K oxide emulsion gel designed to improve the appearance of bruises caused by some cosmetic procedures.
Cernor XO - the combination of vitamin K oxide and light reflecting minerals improves the appearance of dark circles.
Melaclear - enhances and lightens hyperpigmented skin, reducing melanin production, increasing exfoliation, clearing and renewing the skin.
Ecla-Cell duo - is designed to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
Chiroxy - helps to increase the skin's O2 levels before and after cosmetic surgical procedures.
Mastisol - is a medical adhesive to secure dressings and tapes
