Dr Reddy's headquarters are in India and there are a number of wholly owned subsidiaries throughout the world. The UK subsidiary was created in April 2002 after the acquisition of BMS Laboratories and their wholly owned subsidiary Meridian Healthcare. There are further wholly owned subsidiaries in the US, Russia, Germany and Brazil.
