We'll begin with an informal chat designed to find out a little more about you, and what you're looking for. As per REC's best practice guidelines, we'll also ask you to read, sign and return a candidate declaration, and where necessary, send us documentary evidence.  
 
Our clients don't want to be bombarded with unsuitable people as much as you don't want to hear about unsuitable jobs; you'll only hear from us if we have a role you'll be truly interested in, with a company you'll love, and can excel with. Everyone's a winner.
 
Please bear in mind that the industry's very competitive, particularly at the moment. If you don't hear from us, we haven't got a role that's right for you. If the right role comes up, we'll be in touch.
 
Once we've found you a role, expect us to support, and challenge you. We need to know it's the right role for you, and you're the right person for 'it.'
