Pegasus has been providing solutions to prevent and manage pressure sores caused by immobility and as a result to increase the quality of many patients' lives in hospitals, residential homes and in their own homes. Pegasus produces specialist bed frames, mattresses and seating. Their specialist bed frames include frames which tilt and turn which help patients who have had a spinal cord injury. The Ultralo bed is very low to the ground and is for patients who could potentially fall out of bed.
Pegasus's mattress range includes mattresses which can enhance the healing of pressure relief. They also provide mats that can be placed near the bed in case a patient does fall out of bed.
