THE INFORMATION 'FLUID' COLLECT AND HOW 'FLUID' USES IT
2.1 ''Fluid'' provides, amongst other services, the compilation of a benchmarking survey based on sales and commercial operation data that's collected from participants in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry ("'Fluid' Census"). If you've registered and signed up to be part of the 'Fluid' Census', ''Fluid'' will collect information including in-depth commercial operational data about your company, and such other relevant information which 'Fluid' deems necessary to provide you with the Services, maintenance, and support services. In order to provide the ''Fluid' Census,' clients agree to supply data using this Website. Where necessary, the information collected is transmitted in a secure manner to an independent third party server to assist ''Fluid'' in providing you with the Services requested by you and to maintain the support services of ''Fluid'.'
2.2 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, ''Fluid'' protects all data from being disclosed to any third parties except when required by law.
